We schedule a Discovery Day with our prospects before we iron out all of the details. Why do we do this? Because, we believe that buying a franchise is a huge deal, and we want to meet face-to-face with our prospects before asking them to sign on the dotted line. If it’s not a good fit, both parties go their separate ways with no hard feelings – because that’s the Farm Stores way.

Once you’ve filled out our online request form, a representative from our team will contact you and schedule a phone interview.
2.
TELEPHONE INTERVIEW
This phone call is our chance to get to know each other, to get your questions answered, and to touch on all of the points that make a Farm Stores opportunity different. At the end of this call, if you’re interested in moving forward, and you meet the qualifications, we’ll invite you to join us for Discovery Day.
3.
COMPLETE A PERSONAL PROFILE
We will request that you fill out our Personal Profile form and send it to us for review.
4.
RECEIVE AND REVIEW FDD
Once we have received and reviewed your Personal Profile form, you receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD is a legal document required by the FTC. It lays out all the details to the FS franchise opportunities and includes the franchise agreement.
5.
JOIN US FOR A DISCOVERY DAY
You will come to our headquarters in beautiful South Florida for Discovery Day. This is a free, informational session for qualified franchise prospects.
6.
TAKING THE NEXT STEP
We will ask that you perform the necessary due diligence, and this includes becoming familiar with our FDD and preparing your business plan.
7.
MAKING THE DECISION
Last but not least…it’s decision time! If we mutually agree that you are an ideal candidate for the Farm Stores franchise, we will sign all of the necessary agreements and move forward with the site selection and opening process.
